Role & Responsibilities

  • Understanding of US market, and geography, Expertise in the area of US Staffing or International Resourcing.
  • Experience into Crop to Corp, Requirement Managing .Excellent experience (minimum six months in US Staffing) Analyze complex IT requirements and identify qualified candidates from the market through various sources like References/ Head Hunting/Mapping/ Networking/ Social Websites/Portals etc.
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/Employment law and regulations/ Techniques – W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
  • Excellent understanding of the candidate management processes, including the ability to orchestrate a positive candidate experience through the entire process.
  • Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive job requisitions.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.

Job Description:

  • US Staffing experience (with basically contact to hire requirements), C2C.
  • Ability to convert consultant on Stringent Condition.
  • Experience in placing IT Professionals in US market with direct clients.
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens/ GCs (green card holder) and H1B, will be an added advantage.
  • Work on Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
  • Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
  • Should have good understanding of IT terminology's and Technologies along with IT Recruitment Process.
  • Comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.
  • Understanding of common work authorizations for United States- US Citizens, GC, H1B, L1, EAD, TN, etc.
  • High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
